IMERG rainfall cadence densified (~45% → ~95%).
The tier_h_v2 append-pin extractor now pins the OLDEST unwritten GPM-IMERG granule each 30-min run instead of only the newest — so it no longer skips intermediate half-hours when the 16-20 h IMERG latency delivers granules in bursts. Per-instant rainfall coverage of the observed window climbs from ~45% toward ~95-100%; historical gaps remain typed R7 refusals, never back-filled with fabricated values.
Cube v1.8 — tier_b label correction (coastal/edge S2 tiles).
A tile-list omission (43QDC/43QDV/43QCU, plus the coastal 42QZF/42QZG/42QZH/43QHE/43QFE in the ingest scope) had left ~19,251 cells with a null Sentinel-2 tile id and no time-lapse. The tier_b builder now assigns the tile id geometrically from the centroid, and a governed value-only re-emit (schema fingerprint unchanged) lands the corrected labels in the served cube: 264,583/264,583 cells now carry a tile id (0 null). byte_integrity verified; the hourly re-emit driver holds clean on v1.8.
read_at deep history → trajectory trend (R7 refusal-to-trend).
A read_at request for an instant before the witness chain genesis now CARRIES the authoritative Q/U/V/W trajectory TREND — slope ± GUM SE + Mann–Kendall significance, read not re-derived (rainfall → tier_q, temperature → tier_u; aqi has no deep record). Deep history is answered as the trend, never a per-instant back-cast.
read_at gains temperature (IMD city-station valid-time).
The third read_at valid-time signal: temperature, sourced from the live IMD city-station hourly IDW chain (tier_o_v2) — a sovereign OBSERVED witness, not ERA5 reanalysis. signal ∈ {rainfall, aqi, temperature}; falsifier-gated (4-MW-NEW-k).

read_at answers "what was TRUE at instant T" (Pillar P2 valid-time) — the bitemporal dual of read_witnesses (whose as_of is transaction-time). It returns the witnessed pin whose own natural window brackets T for a live-cadence signal (rainfall via GPM-IMERG, aqi via CPCB IDW), with its served window, support and pin provenance. Outside the observed window it refuses (R7) — before/after the observed range, or a cadence gap — never interpolated, never back-cast. Falsifier-gated (4-MW-NEW-k).
Navigability verbs — the MCP grammar grows 7→12.
route (free-flow road distance/time + a stability-certified k-band, never a brittle arrow), reach (isochrone), relate (RCC-8 cell topology, the P4 pillar), visibility (curvature-corrected line-of-sight over terrain + buildings), anchor (measured landmark distance + bearing). Device-free Σ-computation; each a witness envelope, support-gated and falsifier-gated (4-MW-NEW-j). Traffic / mobility-flow / best-route stay refused (witness-only or caller-owned).
Road-network layer promoted into the cube (v1.7).
The unified cube grows to 492 witnessed columns (367 numeric): a promoted network_features_v0_* layer — distance-to-arterial, node degree, intersection density, connected-component fraction and RCC-8 topology — now rankable via rank_by_weights. Serving rank/resolve re-baked to the v1.7 generation.
